These Terms set the conditions for using home.cafeblanc.kr and related introduction and contact services operated by Opener (the “Service”).

  • Introduction of Opener and related apps (AI Companion, AI Story, Shotcast, Multi-tenant Shop, etc.)
  • Contact and policy information
  • Links to individual apps (each app may have its own terms and policies)

3. Use of the Service

  • Users must comply with applicable law and these Terms.
  • Actions that interfere with operation, unauthorized access, scraping, or reproduction are prohibited.

4. Intellectual property

Trademarks, logos, copy, design, and software on the Service belong to the Company or rightful owners. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  • Content may describe products in development or release preparation and may change without notice.
  • To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited for damages caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., force majeure, network or third-party outages).

We may update these Terms and will post changes on this site.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes follow applicable law and competent courts.
